Cypress Hill grupo de California que en el transcurso de su historia a vendido más de 17 millones de discos en todo el mundo; Sus componentes DJ Muggs 1968(Dj y productor), Sen Dog 1965(Mc), B-Real 1970 (Mc), Eric 1968(Percusionista), La banda originalmente llamada DVX cambió su nombre en 1988 por Mellow Man Ace Left.
Su primer álbum, titulado Cypress hill, publicado en agosto de 1991 les trajo tal éxito en la radio que empezó a vender en los EEUU hasta que la cifra se convertió en dos millones de copias (Cypress Hill es el primer grupo latino en obtener un disco platino, oro y multi-platino y son los artistas latinos que más han vendido).
